Upon opening the package you immediately notice the wonderful smokey aroma, then you unravel the braid and allow it to dry out a bit. Then string it out as much as you want! Keep Chechil refrigerated at about 38°F / 3°C. Each 8 oz pack is vacuum-sealed to help protect freshness for up to 3 months when kept refrigerated and unopened. After opening, keep it refrigerated and enjoy as soon as possible.
