To ensure the freshness of our perishable Chechil cheese, we ship orders via UPS 2-Day Shipping from Monday to Wednesday only. This helps avoid weekend delays and keeps your cheese from sitting in transit.

⏳ Orders placed after 5 PM on Wednesday will ship the following week.
❄️ All shipments are carefully packed with insulated mailers and ice packs to maintain freshness throughout delivery.

What temperature should it be stored at?

The ideal temperature is 38° F/3° C or refrigerated.

How is the product shipped?

We ship our cheese in boxes lined with thermal insulated packaging and we add reusable cold ice packs for temperature control. Each piece is vacuum sealed for freshness. On top of that, the smoke and the salt act as natural preservatives. If the cheese arrives warm it is ok to eat as long as the vacuum seal of the package is not broken. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order as we make fresh batches.

How long does it take to make a fresh batch?

On average it takes 10-12 days to make a fresh batch. We make all our products handmade and have quality as our priority.
